2026 Bajaj 220F launched at Rs 1.36 lakh: Here's what's new

Bajaj Auto has launched the updated Bajaj 220F motorcycle in the Indian market, priced at Rs 1.36 lakh (ex-showroom). Prices have been increased by Rs 8,000. Interested customers can book the bike online or by visiting their nearest dealership. Shipments are expected to begin soon. December 2025 marked the last major revision for the model, which introduced updated graphics, LED indicator lights and fresh exterior color options. Let’s take a closer look at what’s new in this latest update.

2026 Bajaj Pulsar 220F

The key update on the Pulsar 220F is the addition of a new LED headlight unit with integrated LED daytime running lights, replacing the halogen projector setup offered earlier. The revised lighting package brings a more contemporary look to the motorcycle, retaining the famous semi-faired front design. In terms of features, it continues to get a mobile charging port, an LCD instrument cluster that supports Bluetooth connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation and much more. Apart from the updated headlights, there are no notable styling revisions, with the Pulsar 220F continuing to feature the same silhouette and bodywork that have been associated with the model for years. No changes have been made to the mechanics of the motorcycle either. Power continues to come from the 220cc oil-cooled single-cylinder engine that develops 20.9hp and 18.6Nm of torque, and the engine comes mated to a 5-speed gearbox. The Pulsar 220F retains its existing hardware setup, with telescopic forks at the front and twin gas shock absorbers at the rear. It rides on 17-inch alloy wheels wrapped in 90/90 section tires at the front and 120/80 section tires at the rear. Braking tasks are handled by disc brakes on both wheels, with single-channel ABS offered as standard.
