Aamir Khan known for always following his heart, when it comes to movies or his personal life. He is called a perfectionist and has his own style of working. But it was not something that came to him after acting and acting. In fact, he is not one who is afraid of doing things his own way or breaking the rules. Actor Vindu Dara Singh who was Khan’s college roommate recalls one incident. He said that Aamir left everyone on campus by going to class in an outfit that was considered unconventional at the time.He said in an interview with Kadak, “Aamir and I are in the same college. Once during the rainy season, Aamir Khan went to college wearing shorts and slippers. We were all shocked to see him like that. I asked him why he was dressed like that, and he said, ‘We get wet every day because of the rain, so I decided to wear shorts today.’ The entire college was shocked. When the teacher came to class, he asked Aamir, ‘What are you wearing?’ Aamir explains that he chose this outfit because of the rain, and later he asks Aamir to leave the class. After that, Aamir left college for good and started helping Mansoor Ali Khan, and later made films and reached greater heights. While education is important, sometimes, a person can reach their destination faster after leaving education.”Aamir, who studied at Narsee Monjee College, completed his Class 12 education before deciding to pursue a career in filmmaking. Academics, however, were never his strongest area. In an earlier interaction with IANS in 2009, the actor admitted that he was often disciplined by the school authorities for his lack of interest in studies.“At school, kneeling in front of the principal’s office was a regular feature. I was also spanked twice. It’s strange that when you are spanked, you don’t realize the pain right away, but after two seconds it really blooms… Terrible. Also, bad grades used to create problems for me. I always flirt.“The actor also spoke frankly about how his passion for theater gradually pulled him away from academics. “My education was only till 12th standard because after that, I got involved in films. Even when I was in college in 11th and 12th, I hardly attended classes because I was always busy with dramas. Because of this, I didn’t have a very exciting life in college. But during the shoot of 3 Idiots, I lived the moments of a student’s life and enjoyed the way of students.“On the work front, Aamir was last seen in ‘Sitaare Zameen Par’. On the other hand, the actor has been in the news recently because he has confirmed his third marriage. Aamir is set to tie the knot with Gauri Spratt in an intimate, registered wedding on July 5, in Mumbai.
