When Rahul Roy revealed that Salman Khan cleared his medical bills
Rahul Roy suffered a stroke on November 29, 2020, while filming for one of his projects, ‘LAC – Live the Battle’ in Kargil. What followed was war for him; however, Salman Khan stepped in and made things easier.In an earlier interview with Bollywood Hungama, Roy revealed that one reason he recovered without much stress was because of Salman Khan. A few years ago, the actor revealed that his medical bills, which accrued after his stroke, were fully paid and cleared by the ‘Kick’ actor.Calling Salman a ‘gem’ of a person, he added, “Sab kehte hain Salman ye hai, woh hai… mere liye woh bohat acche hain (People say this and that about Salman Khan… but for me, he is a gem of a person).” He also shared that the two have known each other for a long time and “we worked together in Majhdhaar (1996). We have good memories together.”

Someone from the whole crowd comes and asks honestly if you are really in trouble and helps you.They both shared that a portion of the bill was cleared by the ‘LAC’ director, however, there were many pending bills left which Salman Khan cleared without hesitation or any reward.Rahul Roy was treated for his brain stroke at Wockhardt Hospital, where angiography was performed. Later he was shifted to ICU ward of Nanavati Hospital for recovery.
