Veteran choreographer and filmmaker Farah Khan has unveiled a deeply sentimental milestone in her career. choreographing for Aryan Khan in his highly anticipated directorial debut series, ‘The Ba***ds of Bollywood’. Having spent decades working with Shah Rukh Khan on some of Bollywood’s most iconic songs, Farah says working with SRK’s son has brought her journey full circle in the most meaningful way.

During an appearance on Shekhar Suman’s popular talk show ‘Shekhar Tonite’, Farah Khan reflected on her experience of working on ‘Ghafoor’, a high-energy special number featured on ‘The Ba***ds of Bollywood’. Speaking with obvious pride, he described the moment as one of great personal importance.He said, “Recently I did ‘Ghafoor’ with Tamannaah, and she loved it. I started with SRK, and now I’m choreographing for Aryan’s directorial. I’m so happy to have come full circle.”Farah Khan’s association with Shah Rukh Khan spanned decades. He choreographed the superstar to some of Bollywood’s most loved tracks, including ‘Chaiyya Chaiyya’ and ‘Dard-e-Disco’, and went on to make his directorial debut with SRK in ‘Main Hoon Na’ in 2004. Going on the sets of Aryan Khan, therefore, felt less than a personal milestone.
About the song ‘Ghafoor’
The track ‘Ghafoor’, composed by Shashwat Sachdev and sung by Shilpa Rao and Ujwal Gupta, is a high-octane number that brings an infectious energy to the series. Helmed by Tamannaah Bhatia, the song also features veteran Bollywood stars Ranjeet, Shakti Kapoor, and Gulshan Grover. According to Farah, Tamannaah was very happy with how the choreography came together.

While his father Shah Rukh Khan continues to reign in front of the camera, Aryan Khan has chosen to make his mark behind it. ‘The Ba***ds of Bollywood’ marks Aryan’s official entry into filmmaking as a director. Produced by Gauri Khan under Red Chillies Entertainment, the satirical comedy-drama features a powerhouse ensemble cast that includes Bobby Deol, Lakshya, Raghav Juyal, and Mona Singh, among others. The series is one of the most anticipated OTT projects in recent times.
