New India Insurance Company has invited applications for 550 apprenticeship posts under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS). The online application process begins on June 23 and will continue until July 6. The online exam is scheduled to be held on July 12.The apprenticeship period is one year and selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of Rs 12,300. The company clarified that this is an apprenticeship scheme and not a formal job or contract employment. Candidates must be Indian citizens and graduates in any discipline from a recognized university. They should complete graduation between January 1, 2022 and June 1, 2026. Persons who have received apprenticeship training or have more than one year of work experience after graduation are not allowed to apply.Applicants must be between 21 and 30 years old as of June 1, 2026. The age relaxation for reserved categories will be done as per Government of India guidelines.The corporation has announced vacancies across states, with Maharashtra having the highest number of seats at 138, followed by Tamil Nadu (46), Delhi (37), Gujarat (35) and Kerala (30). The number of training seats is tentative and may change based on company requirements.The selection process will include an online objective exam, with a maximum score of 100 points. The test will include sections on general and financial awareness, general English, quantitative and reasoning skills, and computer literacy. Candidates shortlisted in the written test will be required to undergo document verification and regional language test (if applicable).

- After applying in the NATS portal, log in BFSI SSC Portal
- Complete the application form with your personal information, NATS registration number, educational qualifications and preferred state
- Upload the required documents, including your photo and diploma
- Pay the application fee online and submit your application
- Download and retain a copy of the submitted application form for future reference.
