The Big Picture
Australia have responded strongly after losing the ODI series earlier in the tour, sweeping the T20I series with victories by four wickets and seven runs in the opening two matches. The visitors have been much better than Bangladesh in big moments, showing great depth with the ball and the ball.
For Bangladesh, the biggest concern has been their inability to convert the basics into more. Saif Hassan’s 42-year-old in the second T20I remains the highest scorer in the series, which shows the struggles of the batting ranks. In contrast, three Australian batsmen have already passed the mark, underscoring the difference between the two sides.
Case and Conditions
The Chattogram site has released a variety of challenges in the series. While the opening innings provided great support to the spinners, the second innings provided pace and bounce before settling in at a good price. The format of the final T20I is expected to favor the batsmen, although the spinners may still play an important role in the middle overs.
The weather can also be a problem, with occasional cloud cover and the possibility of early humidity due to overnight rain. However, things are expected to change as the game progresses.
