‘Haunted’ franchise actor Mimoh Chakraborty recently shared how her outlook on life and career has changed over the years. The actor shared that time, experience and personal growth have helped him become more focused and responsible. Looking back on his early years in the film industry, the star kid admits that he had a different view of success when Haunted first released. Now, he believes that the achievements are only part of a bigger journey. For him, every success brings new challenges and new goals. The actor explained that his priorities have changed a lot. Instead of thinking about success, he now prefers to focus on what happens next.
Success means greater responsibility
Talked to IANS about the response to ‘Haunted 3D’. Echoes of the Past’, Mimoh said the audience deserves credit for the film’s success. At the same time, he emphasized that artists should continue to push themselves creatively.Sharing his thoughts, Mimoh said, “When the first Haunted came, I would have had a different answer. Today, it’s about what’s next? What do we do next? Because we all know the journey of Echoes of the Past. We know we have to put it in front of people. And now the success is because of the audience. Pajamas and take care of my dogs and spend time with my wife. I don’t think anything has changed. Nothing needs to be changed. I think success makes you more responsible.”
From angry to responsible
Mimoh also spoke frankly about how his personality has changed over time. He admits he was more impulsive early in his career. According to the actor, adulthood has helped him develop a more measured approach to life and professional decisions. He now prefers to focus on long-term progress rather than immediate achievements. Reflecting on this change, Mimoh shared, “And I think I have become more responsible now. I used to be rude, but now I’m more responsible. Now I’m like, OK, I’ve done it. We have achieved this. What can we achieve next? What are we trying to achieve? I think that’s where I am now. “
Damaged franchise remains important
Mimoh started his acting career with Jimmy in 2008. He later gained recognition through ‘Haunted – 3D’, which is known for introducing stereoscopic 3D horror in Indian cinema.
