The report also stated that the judge ordered them both to leave the star’s room where they were staying.The news came after Sandoval reported that he was allegedly attacked in his own home by his parents. According to the report, he stated that the abusive behavior continued for some time; however, the incident on June 3 prompted him to call the police.It is said that after Victoria and the ‘The Traitors’ star got into an argument, she noticed that he had recorded the whole ordeal. As the night passed, Lee’s father became aggressive and punched the wall and the door of the room where he was hiding. She also alleged that J. Will Robinson “stabbed her” and punched her in the face, resulting in a neck and ear injury. Authorities were later called to the scene, and Victoria and her father were arrested.In the report, it also revealed that Tom alleged that the abuse continued for the past two years, since the two of them started dating. He “insulted and humiliated” her according to the report and mentioned many names and comments that he used against her on several occasions.A statement from the filing reads,[Robinson] and his father continues to live in our rented house, which I am now paying. In the meantime, I have completely lost my home. I bring this request because I can’t stand it [Robinson’s] It’s abuse.” He also mentioned that he was concerned for his safety and wanted a restraining order granted, which was approved.“My peacekeeping efforts have been met with increasingly hostile behavior from: [Robinson].
