Day 8 collections came from 1,427 shows across the country. With the latest addition, Balan: The Boy has now accumulated Rs 13.22 crore nett in India.The gross collection in India of the film reached Rs 15.32 crore. It ended its opening weekend with a total Indian collection of Rs 11.29 crore before adding a Rs 1.93 crore on its second Friday.The film also registered an overall Malayalam occupancy of 37.04% on Day 8. Morning shows recorded 14.67% occupancy, followed by 24.17% in the afternoon. The night occupancy reached 34.50%, while the night show registered the highest turnout at 47%.

The figure marks a 52.3% increase compared to the Rs 65 lakhs collected on its opening day.After two days in theatres, ‘Ananthan Kaadu’ has collected Rs 1.64 crore nett across India.
