Defending Kangana’s behavior on the sets of ‘Revolver Rani’, Vir came forward to prove his professionalism. In her post, she wrote, “Right. Let’s be clear. This story is pure fiction. Kangana is a consummate professional and I still am, a truly talented actress. This is an unfair slander on him. He called me a terrorist a few years ago for my comedy but on set … there was no problem.”

How random (laughing emoji).’

The controversy surrounding Revolver Rani picked up steam on social media after journalist Simi Chandoke appeared on Siddharth Kannan’s podcast, where she made a series of eyebrow-raising claims. According to Simi, Vir had an extremely difficult experience shooting the film with Kangana. He alleged that during a passionate kissing scene, Kangana was so caught up in the moment that she failed to stop even after the director called for a cut. Simi further claimed that Kangana not only continued past the end of the scene but also bit Vir’s lip so badly that it drew blood, leaving him in deep distress.
