NEW DELHI:: In another snub to Vinesh PhogatThe Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) has rejected his request to enter his name in three upcoming international tournaments, including the Hungarian series in Budapest.The agency cited the suspension period and an unsatisfactory response to its disclosure notices as reasons for the rejection.Vinesh wanted to participate in the Spanish Grand Prix with Polyak Imre, Varga Janos and Kozma Istvan Memorial in Budapest, scheduled for next month, and the Polish Open in Warsaw last August as part of his comeback plans after failing to qualify for Aichi-Nagoya. Asian Games.WFI sources said that the organization is not sending teams to Spain and Poland events as the entries for the Hungarian meet were completed before Vinesh completed his ineligible period on June 26 – the deadline for sending entries for the Hungarian meet was June 15.The agency said his suspension remains in effect pending disciplinary action and a court hearing.Sources also revealed that Vinesh is not in the national camp, has not participated in any domestic tournament and has no national duty.
