Buckingham Palace St James’s Palace, Windsor Castle and Frogmore Cottage the couple’s former home before they moved to California in 2020 have all reportedly been discussed as possibilities.However, according to the Daily Mail, Harry and Meghan have not yet formally responded to this offer.
Althorp House emerged as the likely destination
The couple will reportedly stay at Althorp House, the ancestral estate of the Spencer family and the childhood home of Diana, Princess of Wales. The property has deep personal significance for Harry as it served as his late mother’s resting place. Geographically, the location of the estate, about an hour’s drive from Birmingham, made it a logical choice given Harry’s main reason for visiting Britain.
