The case is related to the alleged over-registration of voters
The case revolves around allegations that Prakash Raj’s name appeared on the electoral rolls of more than one state. According to the complaint, apart from being registered as a voter in Bengaluru’s Shanthinagar Assembly constituency, his name was also found in the election records of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, and Serilingampally in Telangana.
