According to TMZ, a large castle was built inside a garden-themed setup inside the iconic arena of New York City for the reported celebration on July 3. At the same time, ABC News, citing sources familiar with the plans, said that Madison Square Garden is scheduled to host two events related to the expected wedding celebration of the couple.According to the report, an event is scheduled to take place on Thursday at 6 pm and will host approximately 100 guests. A second, larger celebration is expected to begin on Friday afternoon with a cocktail hour at 4pm and continue until 4am on Saturday. It is estimated that up to 1,000 guests will attend the second event.

Ahead of the weekend’s celebrations, trucks full of flowers, props and backdrop material arrived at the venue, much to Swifties’ excitement. With just two days to go, staffers were seen rolling out a red carpet before rolling it out, and according to Page Six, making way for a lavender carpet.

According to ABC, the grand wedding celebrations will operate under a strict no-phone policy, not only for guests but also for vendors and security personnel.The event company also reportedly obtained permits to temporarily close sections of West 31st Street and West 33rd Street to vehicles and pedestrians. With most of the ceremony taking place indoors, reports say that large tents and canopies are also expected to be placed around the venue to shield guests from public view as they arrive and depart from the wedding.

On Tuesday, the crew was recently seen unloading large covered pieces, with labels – “Garden Party 1 (Scenic)” and “GP.” Videos of the equipment arriving at the venue went viral on social media, drawing links between the wedding theme and Travis’ dream engagement decor. Several flower trucks were also seen arriving and parking outside the building, ahead of the prep work.

TMZ also reported that guests were asked to sign electronic non-disclosure agreements to prevent leaks. Meanwhile, the report also said that each invitation was individually watermarked as part of the couple’s confidentiality measures.
