The Telangana Government School Education Department has released the provisional answer key and answer sheet of the Telangana Teacher Eligibility Test (TG TET) 2026. Candidates appearing for the exam can download both documents from the official website.The department also opened a window for objections. Candidates who find any discrepancy in the provisional answers can raise objections through the official portal before July 2.TG TET exam 2026 will be conducted from June 16 to 22 at various centers in Telangana. A total of 1,36,418 candidates have registered for the exam. Among them, 32,779 people applied for Paper One, 86,305 people applied for Paper Two, and 17,334 people applied for Paper Two. Applicants also include 28,149 serving government teachers.Using provisional answers and answer sheets, candidates can estimate their likely score before final answers and results are announced. According to the TG TET marking scheme, candidates receive one mark for each correct answer and no marks will be deducted for incorrect answers.

According to the official notification of TG TET in June 2026, the results will be announced from July 28 to July 31, 2026. Qualified candidates will receive a TET qualification certificate that is valid for life. Possession of this certificate is mandatory while applying for teaching posts in Telangana government, local bodies and aided schools.
