Boats are proud after making history
Zimbabwe team’s expert Richard Ngarava said that the better performance has meant a lot to the team.“Well, it’s a great feeling to make a record. This is two in a row, and it always feels good and I hope we can continue with it.”He also praised the number of Zimbabwean players and said it has strengthened the team.“It was very important because before, we looked like 25, 30 players, and to have 42 players now, it’s a big pool, and we can be like we can share more with the bowlers. We can choose the best batsmen in the country and do well.”The captain highlighted the contributions of the batsmen and gave special thanks to youngster Newman Nyamhuri.“Brian Bennett has been one of the best fighters in our team, and everyone else, he has to cooperate with other teams, and this makes a team. Everyone has to give something. And, that’s why you see these W results. Newman will be something big in the future in Zimbabwe. I’m very proud of him, how quickly he learns.”Looking ahead to the ODIs, Ngarava said:“There will be a few days off, but I’m looking forward to the ODIs and taking it day by day and seeing how it goes.”
