The actor was criticized after Nikkan Sports reported that the famous Japanese actor was under investigation for an incident that happened almost two years ago at his home in the Shibuya district. Allegedly, reports say that the star caused several injuries to the woman he had a relationship with two years ago, including punching her. The incidents, according to the report, took place between March 2024 and May 2024, where the woman was injured about 4 times.The injuries were serious, including hitting her head on the window, punching her, and pulling her hair. According to the report, all the injuries took more than a month to heal. The rights authorities are currently investigating the matter. The case has been referred to prosecutors for further investigation. Tokyo’s Harajuku Police Station initially led the investigation. The issue came to light after the woman filed a case against the actor and disclosed her plight.The issue caused trouble, especially after the actor admitted to the charges in a statement, which read, “There is no doubt that I have injured him.” At the time of writing, neither the actor nor his management agency has issued any precise statement on the matter at hand.Nijiro Murakami is already a prominent figure in Japan; however, she became famous worldwide after her part in ‘Alice in Borderland’.
