During the latest episode of his ‘IMO with Michelle Obama and Craig Robinson’ podcast, Obama invited: Will Ferrell for a talk and shared some candid moments with him. Not only that, but when the topic of discussion came to their favorite films, Obama had a surprising answer.He said in the caption of a post he made about the podcast on his Instagram. “When I tell people that Elf is my favorite movie of all time, I’m not kidding! So for @imopodcasts this week, I’m super excited to sit down with Buddy the Elf himself, the one and only Will Ferrell.” In addition, he talked about ‘Elf’ and added that it is “my favorite movie on the planet of all time, the only movie I watch over and over again.“The politician also admitted that this is one of the films that always put him in a better mood, even though he doesn’t like to watch the films again. He concluded, “So whenever I want to feel better — no, literally — and then I have other people watch it with me so I can say, ‘Wait, here it is.'”As for Ferrell, he was happy to hear it, and was later candid about landing the role. The actor revealed that ‘Elf’ was one of the reasons why he left ‘Saturday Night Live’.
