England midfielder Jordan Henderson has denied reports that the England team used Viagra to treat high blood pressure before arriving in Mexico City. And then today, in the training, for myself I felt that maybe in the first 10-15 minutes and then once the training went I stopped thinking about it a lot and I just thought about training,” he said.England are preparing for the conditions ahead of their clash with Mexico, with the Estadio Azteca at 7,220 feet (2,240 metres) above sea level.On top of that, less air contains less oxygen, which allows athletes’ bodies to circulate more efficiently during exercise.England face Mexico in the Round of 16, with the hosts expected to enjoy home support and familiarity with the high ground.
