He said he had to rely on some trusted friends while fighting to get his own home back.“When I came back to India, I didn’t have my own house. I stayed in a hotel for 10 days in a hotel owned by a friend who I asked to give me a discount. I stayed until I could go to court and get an injunction to enter my own house. With no parents and my brother not there, I found comfort in the 1-2 friends that were left.”The actor shared that many people gave their support during the difficult period, including a director, a producer and some of his late father’s colleagues. However, he said that Preity Zinta stood by him when he needed someone.“Above all, Preity Zinta. That woman stands like a rock. She is the only one who understands how broken I am. Thanks to her, I went to the temple of Maa Baglamukhi in Dharamsala and Ujjain. When I went to Ujjain, I realized that I returned to my Sanatana dharma and my roots are my true calling,” he added.Celina also reflects on a series of personal losses that have greatly affected her life. He talks about the loss of his parents, the tragic death of one of his twin sons, and the pain of seeing his brother in prison. Looking back on everything he went through, the actor said he always felt like he was “living a script I didn’t sign.”Holding back tears during the conversation, Celina admitted that there are nights when she wakes up overwhelmed by the weight of her experiences and wonders how much more she can endure. However, she says she somehow mustered the strength to carry on, accepting what was out of her control and facing each new day with strength.Meanwhile, Celina remains embroiled in a legal dispute with her estranged husband, Peter Haag. According to Mumbai-based law firm Semwal & Co., Peter and his father, DI Wolfgang J Haag, have each served separate legal notices on the actor, saying he made defamatory statements in interviews and on social media amid their ongoing divorce and child custody dispute.The notices deny allegations of abuse, harassment and intimidation made by Celina and also dispute his repeated public references to their three children. They reportedly sought the removal of allegedly offensive content, a public apology and warned of possible civil and criminal charges if their demands were not met.Earlier, the: Mumbai Police: reportedly registered an FIR against Peter based on Celina’s complaint. The actor has also initiated proceedings under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, and is reportedly seeking maintenance and compensation. He further alleged that he did not have access to his children despite a joint custody order.Celina and Peter married in 2010. The couple have three children after losing one of their twin sons to a heart attack in 2017.
