Earlier, Honey Singh announced that the teaser of ‘Moonlight’ will be unveiled at 11 am. However, as the protests gained momentum and conversations around the movement intensified online, he decided to postpone the launch.

Through a series of Instagram Stories, Honey Singh expressed solidarity with the protesting students and praised the determination of the country’s youth.Calling “Youth of India” “immortal,” the singer said he chose to postpone the release of the teaser because of the prevailing atmosphere. He also prayed to Lord Mahadev to bless the youth with strength and fortitude before ending his message with, “Jai Hind.” The teaser of ‘Moonlight’ has been rescheduled for a July 24 release.

Honey Singh has joined the growing list of celebrities who have publicly supported the Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) protest and the students who participated in it.
