While talking to India Today, H Vinoth shared that the story of the film is about democracy, unity and working for the people. “There is direct politics in it but it is not aimed at or criticizing anyone. It is politics that talks about unity and working for the people,” he said.He also explained the title, saying, “It’s not a general term. It’s a movie related to democracy, that’s why we chose the title.
