“They do it when their conscience tells them. There is a saying: a dog with a bone in its mouth cannot howl. When the bone comes out of their mouth, or it breaks their teeth, then they fart,” said Naseeruddin in The Wire, as quoted by The Indian Express.When asked if he thought people were taking advantage of others’ silence by choosing to suppress their own conscience, Shah replied, “Absolutely, yes.” He added, “But how long will they continue to do that? Only time will tell.”
