NEET OMR Form 2026: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released scanned images of OMR answer sheets and recorded answers of candidates who appeared for the NEET UG 2026 re-examination. The documents have been uploaded to the NEET official portal, and the scanned copy of the OMR answer sheet has also been sent to the candidates through their registered email addresses.This facility allows candidates to view the answers captured during the scanning process and raise objections if any discrepancy is found between the marked answers and the recorded answers. The NTA clarified that the answer key challenge process has been concluded and no further objections will be entertained against the answer key.Challenge facilities available for recording responsesCandidates can submit online challenges to the recorded responses before 11 am on July 15, 2026. A processing fee of Rs 200 must be paid online for each query reply through debit card, credit card or net banking. Challenges submitted without payment or through any means other than the online portal will not be considered.To access the files, candidates must log in using their application number and password. The NTA has also introduced a two-factor authentication system that requires candidates to verify their identity through a one-time password sent to their registered mobile number and email address before viewing the scanned OMR form and recorded answers.Procedure for filing an objectionThe Challenge Portal enables candidates to compare high-resolution scanned OMR sheets with answers captured by the scanning system. If any recorded answer differs from the answer marked on the actual OMR sheet, candidates can select the relevant question and indicate the option they claim to have marked.According to the attachment issued by NTA, candidates can also report errors in the capture of important data fields including roll number, booklet number or set code. The system automatically calculates the total processing fee based on the number of challenges submitted. After successful payment, candidates must submit the challenge online and download the confirmation page for future reference.Instructions issued by NTANTA advises candidates to carefully review the scanned OMR form before raising any objection. Only answers marked with a blue or black ballpoint pen with a single circle completely darkened will be considered valid. The agency also warned that manipulated or doctored OMR images submitted during the challenge process will be considered cases of unfair means, which could result in a ban or legal action.
