Before the wedding, Khan had already confirmed that the couple would skip a lavish celebration in favor of a simple registered marriage on July 5, with only close friends and family in attendance. He told Deccan Chronicle, “It was a simple registered marriage at home, with families and close friends. We want to keep it basic.”

Gauri Spratt’s professional background

Spratt, who currently works with Aamir Khan Productions, was previously associated with a Bengaluru-based salon chain. She is also the mother of a seven-year-old son from her previous marriage.

Khan publicly acknowledged her for the first time during her 60th birthday celebration in March 2025, noting that the two originally met nearly 25 years ago before reuniting through her cousin, Nuzhat Khan. “I’m happy to be in a strong relationship. Like, Reena and I spent 16 years together, and then Kiran and I spent 16 years together, and in many ways we still do. With Gauri, I feel settled,” he told the press.
