Virat Karrna’s mythological action-adventure ‘Nagabandham: The Secret Treasure’ continues to take off at the Indian box office. According to Sacnilk, the film collected Rs 3.25 crore in India net collection on its opening day. The first day business was from 3,202 films across the country and recorded a total occupancy of 22%.Directed by Abhishek Nama, the movie is inspired by Indian mythology and history. It stars Virat Karrna in the lead role, with Nabha Natesh and Iswarya Menon playing key characters.
The gross in India reached Rs 3.74 crore
‘Nagabandham. Secret Treasure’ has registered an India gross collection of Rs 3.74 crore. Its India net collection currently stands at Rs 3.25 crore.The Telugu version collected Rs 2.90 crore. The Hindi version followed with Rs 20 lakhs, while the Tamil version earned Rs 10 lakhs. Malayalam added Rs 3 lakhs and Kannada version contributed Rs 2 lakhs.
The Telugu version recorded the strongest occupancy
The Telugu version posted the best occupancy among all language releases. It registered a total occupancy of 24.87% on Friday.The day started with 19.46% occupancy in the morning shows. The number of audience increased to 24.15% in the afternoon. It remained steady at 23.92% in the evening before rising to 31.92% for the evening shows which recorded the highest attendance of the day.The Hindi version recorded a total occupancy of 12.53% while the Tamil version finished with 10.90%. The Kannada version reported 17.38% occupancy. The Malayalam version recorded 4.30% throughout the day.
