As per an ANI report, the court order also covers the use of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Machine Learning and deepfake technology.Talking about the details of the case, Justice Jyoti Singh heard it after Ravi Kishan filed a case seeking protection from the alleged misuse of his identity across social media and online platforms.The court also ordered the removal of URLs allegedly carrying obscene, pornographic and AI-generated content using the identity of Ravi Kishan. The defendants and the concerned domain registrars are requested to remove the listed URLs within three days of receiving the order.The court further said that if they fail to do so, platforms such as Meta, Google and X must start removing the relevant URLs within 72 hours after being notified.
