open university results 2026: Osmania University has announced the May 2026 UG (CBCS) regular and backlog examination results for various undergraduate courses. Students can access the provisional scorecard by entering their 12-digit hall ticket number through the official Osmania University examination results portal. Results will be released on July 23, 2026.The latest statement covers B.Com, BA, B.Sc, BBA and B.Sc (Hons) courses. It includes regular examinations for Semester 4 and Semester 6 and backlog results for Semester 1 to Semester 6. Students can also find result notification and criteria links through the Manabadi Student Platform.Announcement of results of each UG projectThe published results include UG (CBCS) B.Com regular 4th and 6th semester and 1st to 6th semester backlog, BA 4th and 6th semester regular and 1st to 6th semester backlog, B.Sc. 4th and 6th semester regular and 1st to 6th semester backlog, BBA 4th and 6th semester regular and 1st to 6th semester backlog, and B.Sc (Hons) 4th and 6th semester backlog. 6 Backlog checks are conducted regularly during terms 1 to 6.To download the provisional scorecard, candidates have to open the college results page, select the relevant course link, enter the 12-digit hall ticket number and submit the details.Examination and academic arrangementsThe university announced that all exams scheduled for July 24, 2026, have been postponed following a statewide call. The revised exam date will be notified later. Earlier, it had revised the start date of UG CBCS second semester regular and backlog examinations to July 18, 2026.According to the UG Yearbook 2026-2027, the fifth semester regular classes will begin on July 1 and the re-admission of students will continue till July 15. Internal assessments are scheduled for August 21 and 22, followed by another round of assessments on October 8 and 9. The Dussehra holiday will be held from October 10 to 25. Course teaching ends on November 13th, the preparatory vacation and practical exams continue until November 22nd, and the fifth semester theoretical exam begins on November 23rd.One-time opportunity exams and college profilesSpecial one-time opportunity examinations for UG (CBCS) and UG (YWS) students for first to sixth semester are scheduled to be held in September and October 2026.
