The injury did not seem to be serious at the time, which is why the actor chose not to immediately seek medical treatment or help.However, after a few hours, he began to feel worse, and there was a severe pain in his right leg. He later boarded a flight to Kolkata, where he suffered a high fever and became increasingly uncomfortable. The report also shared that after landing at the Kolkata airport he was rushed to a nearby private hospital to be admitted and treated for his symptoms.Currently, according to the report, the actor is suffering from severe infection in his right leg, which has spread to his toes and knee. All this also resulted in Sharma having trouble breathing along with a very high fever.

In a statement, reported by IANS, the team said the authorities should look more deeply and properly into the matter of Rajesh Sharma and how his health deteriorated rapidly while on the sets of ‘Fauji.’Their statement read, “The film industry has a legal and moral responsibility to provide a safe, hygienic and medically prepared working environment for every artist, technician and worker. Unfortunately, AICWA has repeatedly raised concerns about poor hygiene, inadequate sanitation, unsafe working conditions and the lack of proper emergency medical facilities at many shooting locations across the country.They even discussed the need to be transparent about issues on film sets and how not everything can reach the public. In addition, it has also been mentioned that many people do not show up in similar situations even though they should for fear of losing their jobs.Currently, fans and netizens are waiting for another update about the actor’s health and how he feels now.
