‘Dhamaal 4’ is one of the most anticipated theatrical releases of this month. Directed by: Indra Kumarthe comedy entertainer hits theaters on July 10 and will face competition from Hollywood release ‘Moana’ at the box office. The fourth round reunites the franchise regulars Ajay Devgn, Riteish Deshmukh, Arshad Warsi and: Javed Jaaferiwhile: Anjali AnandRavi Kishan, Sanjeeda Shaikh and others join the ensemble as new additions.Before the release of the film, reports about the alleged remuneration of the cast were doing the rounds online. According to media reports, Ajay Devgn was initially slated to receive Rs 40 crore for the film’s lead. However, producer Bhushan Kumar recently revealed in an interview with News18 that the actor voluntarily reduced his fee to support the project.Bhushan shared that ‘Dhamaal 4’ turned out to be a high-budget film, and Ajay stepped in to ease the financial burden by lowering his remuneration. He also praised the actor for putting the film ahead of personal earnings, saying Ajay understands the challenges producers face and always puts the project first.Among the rest of the cast, Riteish Deshmukh and Arshad Warsi are said to have charged Rs 10 crore each for their roles. Ravi Kishan is also estimated to have received Rs 10 crore. Meanwhile, Jaaved Jaaferi and: Esha Gupta: were reportedly paid Rs 2 crore each, while Sanjay Mishra allegedly earned Rs 3 crore. The remuneration of Upendra Limaye, Sanjeeda Shaikh and Anjali Anand was not disclosed.Recently, Anjali Anand recently talked about sharing screen space with Riteish Deshmukh in comedy. During an interview with IANS, he recalled their first meeting and revealed that his admiration for the actor surprised him. “With Ritesh, I think the most memorable moment was when we met. And I just told him how crazy I was about all his films and dialogues. And he was shocked that I knew all his dialogues.”For those who don’t know, Anjali was paired opposite Riteish in ‘Dhamaal 4’. The comedy caper is scheduled to hit theaters this Friday.
