A few days after reportedly getting married in an intimate ceremony, Aamir Khan and Gauri Spratt’s upcoming house plans are the talk of the town.According to a report in The Free Press Journal, Aamir: and Gauri, who tied the knot on July 5 at the actor’s rented apartment in Mumbai’s Pali Hill, is expected to eventually move into a luxury residence at the redeveloped Marina Apartments in Union Park, Khar.The report says that while the couple is currently living in Aamir’s rented residence in Wilnomona on Nargis Dutt Road, their permanent home is in the upcoming high-rise project, which is expected to be ready around 2030.
A sky villa style home for Aamir and Gauri
According to the report, Aamir, who has owned several apartments in Marina for several years, is said to have created a sprawling multi-floor residence described as a “sky villa.”The actor is reportedly planning to occupy the top three floors of the building with Gauri and her son Quinn. The report also claims that an entire floor is designed for private gatherings, family celebrations and entertaining close friends.Aamir regularly hosts intimate gatherings for friends from the film industry, sports and business, and the new residence has reportedly been planned with gatherings in mind.
Homes for the whole family
The report further claims that Aamir has allotted apartments in the same building for several members of his family.His son, an actor Junaid Khan:reportedly set to receive the entire floor. The apartments are also said to be reserved for filmmaker Kiran Rao and their son Azad.The report added that Aamir’s mother, Zeenat Hussain, and his sisters, Nikhat Khan and Farhat Dutta, may have houses in the same complex.According to the publication, the actor is said to have paid an advance of over Rs 100 crore to get more apartments for his relative. However, Aamir Khan has not publicly commented on these reports. The publication also reported that Aamir is currently renting four luxury apartments in Wilnomona, where several members of his family, including his mother and children, already live in the same building. With Gauri Spratt and her son Quinn now part of the family, the actor is said to be getting closer to his loved ones.
