While the scene appeared smoothly on screen, it was performed by Aishwarya’s body double, Sanober Pardiwalla, who has now revealed that the stunt almost ended in disaster.On Instagram, Sanober shared a behind-the-scenes video from the 2010 film and recounted how an unexpected complication left him stranded in the middle of a cliff during the sequence.Sharing the clip, he wrote, “150 feet. 3.5 seconds. A stunt I will never forget. During this cliff jump for Raavan, an unexpected complication caused me to be suspended in the middle of the cliff for almost 30 minutes.“In stunt work, preparation is not just about executing the stunt. It’s also about what you do when the unexpected happens. Stay calm. Control your breathing. Trust the safety systems. Save your energy,” he wrote. Recalling the stressful experience, he added, “So that’s what I did – suspended next to a waterfall, breathing shallowly, staying calm…“His composure eventually helped him overcome the ordeal, and the stunt later earned him a nomination at the prestigious Taurus World Stunt Awards. Reflecting on the experience, Sanober concluded, “Some stunts test the body. Some test the mind.
