Earlier, producer Namit Malhotra and the makers officially confirmed that the first trailer of Ramayana will be unveiled worldwide on July 24. The announcement was accompanied by a special message celebrating the epic’s timeless legacy.The creators wrote, “From Bharat to the world. For thousands of years, the Ramayana has inspired generations through the eternal values ​​of dharma, maryada, courage and compassion. Today, it begins a new journey. One of the greatest civilizational epics of Bharat, presented to the world on a scale never before attempted in Indian cinema. Ramayana trailer premieres worldwide on July 24.”
The star-studded epic is brought to life
Directed by Nitesh Tiwari, Ramayana features an ensemble cast portraying some of the most iconic characters from the Indian epic. Ranbir Kapoor will portray Lord Ram, while Sai Pallavi will play the role of Sita. Ravie Dubey has been cast as Laxman, while Yash will essay the role of Ravan.
A two-part release is planned for the epic saga
