The news of his death was shared by his granddaughter Apsara Vydyula.He wrote on social media, “Dear everyone, It is with deep sadness that I share the passing away of my beloved grandmother and legendary singer, Smt. S. Janaki. He left us peacefully surrounded by the love of his family.
