The sequel to Bhagam Bhag might come sooner than fans think. Talks about it started last year, and it was later confirmed that a sequel to the 2006 film was indeed made, but with a change in cast. Manoj Bajpayee took over the role of Govinda. Now, new hints about this have appeared on social media.

Paresh Rawal: reacted to Raaj Shaandilyaa’s mysterious post
Actor Paresh Rawal’s response to the post added to the fans’ excitement. Set to reprise her role in ‘Bhagam Bhag 2’, she reposted it with a simple reply. “AMEN!” In addition, Akshay Kumar is also confirmed to feature in the film.
The legacy of the cult classic
Over the years, ‘Bhagam Bhag’ has continued to achieve cult status. Directed by Priyadarshan, the film follows three men from a theater group who travel to London to perform in a play, but find themselves caught up in a high-profile murder case.
A rocky road to production
Before it went into production, ‘Bhagam Bhag 2’ ran into trouble. Raaj was brought in as the director in March this year, but things got complicated due to an existing three-film commitment he had with producer Ektaa Kapoor’s production house. Since he did not get a No-Objection Certificate from her, a breach of contract ensued, with allegations that he signed an outside project without returning the advance he had received to direct the third film for her. In May, however, the two reconciled, even posting photos together on Instagram.
