Bollywood actor Arshad Warsi has locked in a huge profit in the real estate market by selling his commercial shop in prime Lokhandwala Complex in Mumbai for Rs. 6.25 crore, nearly three times the amount he originally paid for it in 2012. According to official property registration documents accessed by real estate data analytics firm Liases Foras, the ‘Munna Bhai MBBS’ star originally bought the 684-square-foot ground-floor property in Andheri West for over Rs. 2.12 crore. The newly registered sale deed, completed by: Maharashtra: Inspector General of Registration, revealed that the buyer Umang Rajkumar Budhraja, paid a huge stamp duty of Rs. 37.50 lakh, concluding a high-profile transaction that valued the carpet area at an impressive rate of nearly Rs. 91,400 per square meter.

The documents reveal that the commercial store covers a carpet area of ​​63.87 square meters (684 sq ft). Umang Rajkumar Budhraja bought it for Rs 6.25 crore, paying stamp duty of Rs 37.50 lakh on the transaction. The sale deed was registered by the Maharashtra Inspector General of Registration on July 1, 2026. Based on the registered consideration amount, the deal equates to a rate of around Rs 91,400 per sq ft of carpet area.
