Dhamaal 4 Movie Review and Release Live Updates. Ajay Devgn starrer is eyeing a Rs 15 crore opening at the box office

Actor Jaaved Jaaferi, who is gearing up for the release of his upcoming film ‘Dhamaal 4’, revealed whether he was hit by monotony while portraying his character of Manav in the film.

The actor was talking to IANS during the promotions of the film along with director Indra Kumar and actor Arshad Warsi.

While portraying a character over a period of time, an actor gets a better grip on the character, and knows what clicks and what doesn’t with the audience. When asked if being certain about the character takes away from the fun, he said, “It’s more fun because you’re enjoying the character. You’re trying to think, while staying within the parameters of that character. You’re always thinking, ‘What else can I add?’ without going out of parameters. The main thing is, you must stay within the boundaries of character”.

He told IANS, “All actors understand the limitations of the characters they portray. Rest, the writing is so good that it leads to a good performance naturally. If the writing is not good, the actor has two problems”.

Then he recalled, “During my father’s time, I saw people saying, ‘Sir, you did something. I got the hero in just 2 hours, you can do something’. But what can we do if the source material is not given to us?”.

“Making a new Gen Z joke is not ‘Dhamaal’. If a Gen Z kid comes then he can add that character. Our character will not be a Gen Z”, he added.
