Salman Khan: paid a visit to the Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA) office in Mumbai on Friday evening. During the visit, he inaugurated the newly constructed Data Collection and Verification Support Center (IT Server Room) of the SRA. The actor also distributed house keys to the beneficiaries, many of whom couldn’t stop smiling. After the event, Salman shared a light, fun moment with reporters, asking them to keep the questions about ‘Maatrubhumi’ in check.

Before interacting with reporters after the social event, Salman lightened the mood with his signature humor. Smiling at the media, he said, “Ask me anything, that’s not a question. There’s no point in asking about that.” He clearly dodged questions about ‘Maatrubhumi’, a film that has recently been in the news for CBFC-related hurdles and a delayed release. His visit outlined: Maharashtra: The government’s push to strengthen the mission of slum rehabilitation through modern, transparent, and people-centered management.
Salman Khan’s SKF denies reports about ‘Maatrubhumi’
There have been several reports in recent months claiming that the film has undergone changes and reshoots, along with reports that ‘Maatrubhumi’ is facing hurdles in Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC), which is said to be withholding the film’s clearance certificate for now. Salman Khan’s production house, SKF, however, denied these claims. The production house said, “We request that media outlets and individuals refrain from circulating unverified information. Any official updates about the film will be shared by Salman Khan Films through its official channels only.”
