The Bihar School Examination Board has released the official list of recognized D.El.Ed. Institutions are participating in the 2026 academic session and colleges have been directed to verify their details. Any discrepancies must be reported via email with supporting documentation before 5:00 pm on July 15, 2026. Late submissions or offline submissions will not be accepted.

BSEB releases list of D.El.Ed. institutions: this bihar school examination board (BSEB) publishes the official list of recognized institutions and affiliated institutions authorized to offer Diploma in Basic Education (D.El.Ed.) 2026 Academic Session Program. While announcing the list, the board also directed all institutions to carefully verify the details and report any discrepancies before the stipulated deadline.The latest notification applies to government and private teacher training institutions recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). BSEB has made it clear that institutions must ensure that the information published is accurate and any corrections will only be accepted within the stipulated timeframe.

Objections can only be submitted via email

The board issues strict guidelines for the objection process. Agencies discovering any errors must submit formal representations via email only.Objections must be received by BSEB before 5:00 pm on July 15, 2026. Any representations received after the deadline will not be considered.The board also clarified that objections filed through post or any offline mode will be rejected. Only emails sent to coevividhbseb@gmail.com within the stipulated time will be reviewed.

How an institution raises an objection

Institutions requesting corrections to the published list should follow the procedures prescribed by BSEB:

  • Visit the BSEB official website and visit the list of D.El.Ed. institutions.
  • Double-check all information related to the agency.
  • Prepare a formal objection that clearly identifies the errors that need to be corrected.
  • Attach all relevant supporting documents.
  • Send your complete statement via the institution’s official email to coevividhbseb@gmail.com.
  • Make sure the email reaches BSEB before 5:00 pm on July 15, 2026.
