The review reads, “While the premise has potential, the film we get rarely lives up to it. A ‘Should be enough’ attitude seems to permeate various aspects, right from the writing (convenient and predictable) to the gameplay (mega serial-like), acting (broad strokes), and music (generic, barring one hummable number). The cast, filled with actors who have entertained us in the past, has managed to sell it, although Aishwarya Lekshmi, who was the attraction of the previous film, is felt here, perhaps because of the dubbing. Even a couple of cameos towards the end hardly leave an impact because of the names involved.DISCLAIMER: Box office numbers and data in this article are compiled from public and industry sources.
