<p>The throne design for ‘Avengers. Doomsday’ looks more elaborate and luxurious compared to most of the thrones occupied by Doctor Doom in the comic stories. The white color of the wide steps that surround the front of the throne through approximately 180 degrees the decorative support of the chair itself and the large ornamental structure located behind it all contribute to an appearance befitting of royalty that is consistent with Doom’s grand self-view as a king or god figure.<span class=Compared to the other thrones Doom sits on in the source material, the ‘Doomsday’ throne appears cleaner, more detailed and larger in overall scale. Historical comic throne plots

In the comic storylines, Doctor Doom has occupied various throne designs that reflect different aesthetics and contexts. An example shows a wooden throne similar to medieval craftsmanship, ornate and fancy in its construction but quite simple compared to the upcoming film’s design. Despite the stylistic differences, both thrones effectively communicate Doom’s commanding presence and superior status.Another throne design from the comics presents a more disturbing scene. A more gruesome comic story takes place in Doom’s lair, where the villain sits on a throne made from another character’s transformed body, shaped like a chair. This amazing design is one of the most terrifying images that Marvel has offered in its entire publishing history, and shows the various creative works that have been done to imagine Doom’s rule.Another throne design featured in the comics features natural elements fashioned from a tree. While lacking aesthetic symmetry or conventional appeal this organic throne still effectively conveys an air of dread and danger associated with the character.
