Indian captain Shreyas Iyer won the toss and elected to bowl first against England in the fifth and final T20I at Southampton on Sunday, making two changes to the playing XI.Suryansh Shedge replaced Washington Sundar, while Sanju Samson returned to the side in place of Vaibhav Sooryavanshi.Explaining the decision to bowl, Iyer said the team decided to bowl after assessing the situation.“We will bowl first. Based on the bowling we have done in the last few matches, we have faced almost everything. It is windy and we were told that the wicket will not change much, so we decided to bowl,” said Shreyas Iyer during the toss. “I just want the boys to give 100 per cent regardless of the outcome. Stay here, relax and try to live a good life,” added Iyer. England captain Harry Brookwhose team leads five games 3-1, said a win will take his team to the top of the ICC T20I.“If we win today, we go to the country No. 1, so it’s definitely the prize we’re looking for. We’ve improved the whole series and we want to finish strong,” Brook Said. Brook also praised the leg-spinner Adil Rashidwho is making his 150th T20I appearance for England. They have one change in the team, Liam Dawson back in for Rehan Ahmed. ”He’s been around a long time. He is a valuable player for us. And his skill and trickery and ability to beat players is amazing. And it’s amazing to have him inside. ” Brook said to Adil Rashid.
